Questions, answered

Is it really free?

Yes. The replay viewer, full cross-demo dashboard, the strat board and Stratbook, and matchmaking auto-import are free forever, with no account required. Pro adds the anti-strat opponent-prep tools and FACEIT auto-import.

Can it import my matches automatically?

Yes — two ways. FACEIT auto-import (Pro) links your account and downloads your recent FACEIT demos straight into the app. For CS2 matchmaking, paste your match authentication code and a recent share code once and Replay Scope surfaces every new Premier & competitive match. You can always drag in .dem files manually too.

Where do my demo files go?

They stay on your machine. The app parses demos locally into a small cache and reads from that. Nothing is uploaded for the free features. For Pro reports, only a few-MB parsed summary is sent to do the heavy analysis — never the raw demo.

What is the strat board & Stratbook?

The board is a tactical whiteboard on any map’s radar — drag players and real utility markers, draw arrows, add text, and export a PNG. The Stratbook saves your boards, notes, and rounds (from a replay or an anti-strat read) into a per-map playbook, so your team’s strats live in one place. Both are free.

How do I subscribe to Pro?

Download the app, sign in with Steam, and upgrade from inside it. Subscriptions are handled by Stripe and tied to your Steam account, so Pro follows you to any machine you sign in on.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal in the app. You keep Pro until the end of the current period.
